Kids in particular need plenty of energy for growing, learning and playing and the combination of nutrients in beef mince meals is guaranteed to keep them healthy, active, and less likely to lose concentration at school or during play

A great way to get fussy eaters to eat their vegetables as well!

Cooking with beef mince provides a great way to ‘hide’ vegetables. Finely chopping mushrooms, or zucchini or grating carrots and adding it to the mince mixture in a bolognaise sauce, a shepherd’s pie base, a burger patty or in meatballs is a great way to ensure fussy kids are eating their veges without them even knowing it!
