  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Spread mini pita breads with basil pesto and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese. Top with 12 Baida Chicken Meatballs cut in half, and sliced pitted black olives.
  3. Drizzle with Tomato Sauce sachet & sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the topping is hot and the base is crispy. Serve topped with ¼ cup oregano leaves.

Serves 2.

Spaghetti and Meatballs

  1. Boil 80g spaghetti according to pack instructions.
  2. Combine 8 Chicken Meatballs in a saucepan with Tomato Sauce sachet and ¼ cup water. Bring to a simmer and stir over heat for 1 minute until heated through.
  3. Serve with spaghetti and garnish with oregano leaves.

Serves 1.

1.     Heat Baida Chicken Meatballs according to instructions on side of pack.
2.    Thread onto cocktail skewer:
  • Chicken meatball cut in half
  • Cherry bocconcini cut in half
  • Cherry tomato cut in half
  • Slice of char-grilled capsicum
  • Basil leaf
3. Heat tomato sauce sachet according to instructions on side of pack. And serve as a dipping sauce.
