  • 250g Plain flour
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g CSR Smart white sugar blend
  • Pinch salt
  • 40ml Vanilla
  • Butter/ margarine for cooking


  1. Mix all dry ingredients and make a well.
  2. Add eggs and start whisking and blending eggs & flour then gradually add milk and vanilla to make a thin batter.
  3. Do not over mix but make sure there are no lumps; leave to rest for 1 hour.
  4. Cook in a nonstick crepe pan with a little butter or margarine
  5. Serve with lemon and sugar or jam and ice cream.
